Alert on “Zabbix Proxy Not seen from last 5 Min”

                                                           

 

Step 1:  Check below alert is visible at zabbix front end.

 

Step 2:  Go to Administrator ŕ click on ‘Proxy’ and check the issue proxy last seen(age).

Last seen(age) always less than 5 Min. If it is crossed 5 Min then that indicates communication is not happening between sks proxy to zabbix server.

 

Step 3:  Login to SKSProxy server and check telnet is happening or not.

If telnet is not happening then coordinate with network team and make it resolve.

Step 4: Now once again check Last seen(age), it should be less than 5 Min.
